Hawaiian Electric will close the two right lanes of Alakea Street between Ala Moana Blvd. and Queen Street in downtown Honolulu on Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for a Harbor Square utility upgrade. The nearby bus stop will be temporarily moved.
