HUT has secured a 15-year, $9.8 billion lease for 352MW at its Beacon Point data center campus in Texas, advancing its AI infrastructure buildout. The deal doubles the tenant’s contracted IT capacity to 704MW and lifts secured utility capacity at the site to 1GW.
